How To: See Recording Server Events

The Recording Server Events feature in The Boring Toolbox allows users to search and filter health events for each recording server. It displays event details such as the timestamp, server name, camera, address, and status. The page also shows the number of records currently being displayed, with an option to download the data.

Steps to See Recording Server Events

1. Navigate to Recording Server Settings
   
   
   • Once logged in, select the "Hardware" option from the navigation menu.
     
     
     
2. Select the Recording Server
   
   
   • Click on the specific recording server row on the Hardware page to open its details.
     
     
     
3. Navigate to Events
   
   
   • After clicking the recording server row, a Recording Server Details drawer will open on the right side of the page.
   • In the Recording Server Details drawer, find the "VIEW ALL EVENTS" button and click on it.
     
     
     
4. View Recording Server Events
   
   
   • After clicking the "VIEW ALL EVENTS" button, you will be redirected to the Recording Server Events page, where you can view all events related to the selected recording server.
