The “Maintenance Mode” option temporarily disables health monitoring for maintenance purposes. Follow these steps to adjust this setting.
Turning On the “Maintenance Mode” Option
- Navigate to Hardware:
- Once logged in, select the "Hardware" option from the navigation menu.
- Once logged in, select the "Hardware" option from the navigation menu.
- Select the Hardware:
- In the Hardware page, find and expand the server that contains the hardware you want to enable the “Maintenance Mode” option.
- Select the hardware
- In the Hardware page, find and expand the server that contains the hardware you want to enable the “Maintenance Mode” option.
- Turn On the “Maintenance Mode” Option:
- After selecting the hardware, look for a “Status” option in the floating menu.
- Click on the "Status" option and select the “On” button near the Maintenance Mode option from the list.
- Confirm the action by clicking the “YES, ENABLE” button in the confirmation modal.
- After selecting the hardware, look for a “Status” option in the floating menu.
- Verify the enabled “Maintenance Mode” Option:
- After enabling the “Maintenance Mode” Option, check the “Status” column near the hardware in the list.
- Look for an indicator showing that the hardware is in Maintenance Mode state.
Turning Off the “Maintenance Mode” Option
- Navigate to Hardware:
- Once logged in, select the "Hardware" option from the navigation menu.
- Once logged in, select the "Hardware" option from the navigation menu.
- Select the Hardware:
- On the Hardware page, find and expand the server containing the hardware you want to disable the “Maintenance Mode” option for.
- Select the hardware
- On the Hardware page, find and expand the server containing the hardware you want to disable the “Maintenance Mode” option for.
- Turn Off the “Maintenance Mode” Option:
- After selecting the hardware, look for a “Status” option in the floating menu.
- Click on the "Status" option and then select the “Off” button near the Maintenance Mode option from the list.
- Confirm the action by clicking on the “YES, DISABLE” button in the confirmation modal.
- After selecting the hardware, look for a “Status” option in the floating menu.
- Verify the disabled “Maintenance Mode” Option:
- After disabling the “Maintenance Mode” Option, check the “Status” column near the hardware in the list.
- Look for an indicator showing the hardware is not in the Maintenance Mode state.
