The Boring Toolbox resizes with the details view open on the hardware page

When using resolutions greater than 1080p or text scaling, you may see The Boring Toolbox client resize, and the text becomes distorted.

This happens when going to the "Hardware" page and viewing live video with details view enabled.

Solution 1: Disable live video

Performing the below steps will disable the live video from being played in the details view, which will prevent the app from resizing.

• Log into the toolbox, click on My Settings in the upper right corner
• Scroll to the bottom of the My Settings modal
• Turn "Live Video Player" to off
• Click Save
• Restart The Boring Toolbox

Solution 2: Disable text scaling

• In Windows follow these instructions to get to the Windows settings page
• Make sure scaling is set to 100%
• Restart The Boring Toolbox
