If you recently added cameras to your license then you will need to reactivate your client in order for those new licenses to be applied. Here is how.
Using Toolbox v4 & v5
- On the log in screen, click the ? in the bottom left corner
- The click, Check License Status. This will reach out to the Boring Lab licensing servers and update your license and BUS date (if applicable).
Using Toolbox v3
- Log into the client as you would normally
- Click on the question mark (?) at the upper right corner of the application
- Click on the red "Deactivate License" button
- You will be asked to confirm, click "Deactivate"
Once the license is deactivated you can now reactivate with the license key found in your entitlement email. For a reminder on how to activate your purchased license click here.
