Installed Boring onto another Management server, not getting all milestone info to flow through.

So Installed Boring Lab onto another management server,

Connect and and loads up fine, how ever some information is not translating through.

I have uninstalled the server app and that twice thinking i was missing something in the install process but result is the same every time, the 2 management servers are identical in settings as far as I'm aware.

And so I'm not getting storage consumption for per device/camera

 

According to the toolbox for the cameras its giving "camera storage not received from recording server"

 

We are also not getting any information about cameras not providing video or that on the live monitoring website but in the toolbox on the server it is showing.

Anyone may know what I'm maybe overlooking?

  Thanks for reaching out. 

  This may be related to a delay in fetching the data or permissions of the service account used to run the "Boring Live Monitoring" and "Boring Service Host" windows services on the management server.

  If the values are still not coming through, please email Boring support at support@theboringlab.com and we can review this issue together.
