Failover Disconnect Alerts

I have multiple failover servers for Milestone and I do not receive alerts if they disconnect like I do for recording servers. Is this a feature? If not, can it be added?

  Hi Nick Kidd,

  We do not currently support failover server notifications, but I can add it to the backlog.  Can you provide some additional context?  Are you asking for alerts when the failover server takes over for a recording server or when they go offline when on standby?

  Both ideally but more importantly when a failover goes offline. Realistically, I will know when a failover is taking over as I should get an alert that a recording server goes offline.

  Thanks for the clarification.  Oddly, Milestone does not send out a recording server down alert when a failover server takes over, so supporting that functionality is also on our backlog.  As for your original request, I will add that as a separate item.  Thank you for the feedback!
