- Make sure that you can log in and connect to the Milestone XProtect Management client.
- Once you have confirmed that you can log in to the client, try to connect using the Boring toolbox with the same credentials.
- Make sure that you are trying to connect to your proper server address In the Boring Toolbox that is associated with your Milestone Management client.
- Verify that you are using the same Authentication type.
